Officer Safety and Wellness Online Community

Thank you for your interest in joining the Officer Safety and Wellness Online Community. Participation is open to all IACP members, sworn and civilian employees of public safety and government agencies, academics and students in public safety or related fields, and public safety medical/psychological professionals. Public safety includes offices of police, sheriffs, EMS, fire service, hazmat, and park rangers from federal, state, city, county, campus, and tribal agencies.

How to Join
If you are an IACP member, click here, log into your IACP account, navigate to the "Officer Safety and Wellness Online Community" listing, and click the "Join" button. If you have trouble accessing your account, please reset your password to log-in.

Individuals without an IACP membership or existing account will need to create an account before joining. Click here to create an account and add the community code OSW2021 in the "Community Code" field to join. Please allow up to 24 hours for verification. Upon verification, all individuals will receive an email with community access information.

Officer safety and wellness is vital to the field and community, as well as the wellbeing of their colleagues, agencies, and families. This platform provides a forum to connect with other law enforcement leaders, wellness coordinators, and mental health service providers to pose questions and share research, resources, ideas, and successes to support comprehensive approaches to enhancing the safety, health, and wellness of our officers.
